We are excited to announce publication of "The United States Social Forum: Perspectives of a Movement." This publication documents the USSF 2007 organizing process and exhibits powerful stories of movement convergence, reflection and struggles in the early 21st century in the U.S.
Proceeds beyond the cost of printing will go to the USSF 2010.

The Chicago for the People Album is a music compilation by local Chicago artists for the purpose of benefiting grassroots social change groups heading to the US Social Forum that are taking the city that works and making it the city that works for everyone.
On Friday April 30th, Chicago Sound Culture with Never a Dull Moment Productions and Leftist Lounge are continuing the Chicago tradition of celebrating International Workers’ Day, May Day, with a Chicago for the People CD Release Party and concert at Logan Square auditorium in Chicago in honor of the "Chicago for the People" project. The album will be available for fundraising to get folks along the Road to Detroit!

Change :: The Music is proud to curate and produce a digital compilation of music, spoken word, writings, visual art, photography, and video created by socially conscious artists to support the U.S. Social Forum.
The Change :: The Music - Multimedia Arts Project will take the form of downloadable files available to all donors who contribute a minimum of $5, with all proceeds going directly to the US Social Forum. Submissions are closed, but you can look forward to this projected going worldwide in mid-April!
