There will be evening events Tuesday - Thursday, the proceeds of which will subsidize food costs for low-income people attending the Social Forum. Admission will be $1 for registered Social Forum participants and $5 for others. There will also be a blow-out party (with a purpose) hosted by Leftist Lounge on Friday night. Come out and bring your friends!

Leftist Lounge will host a huge party on the final night of the forum, featuring DJs and artists from around the country. It will be held in Detroit’s Eastern Market District. Shuttles will be provided from Cobo Hall and other locations around downtown Detroit. The night will feature performances by Invincible, Rebel Diaz, and ReadNext Poetry Squad and others. 5 Dancefloors will hold up to 10,000 people moved by an All-Star DJ Line-up: Sake-1, Waajeed, Chela, Dez, Rimarkable, Sicari, Willie Maze, Graffiti, and People’s DJs Collective.
